After three brilliant years, we are making space for new residents, opportunities and projects!

For June 2020, Left of Main will be assembling a new core group of resident companies, artists, support service organizations and/or collectives based on shared values, use of space and ability to commit to a multi-year lease.

Submissions welcome from everyone regardless of practice, need or background. A range of tenancy options are available (see examples below).

Left of Main is seeking organizations and individuals who have the capacity to run their own vibrant activity, while contributing to the space through membership on the Unicorn Support Services board. If you are looking for long-term office and/or studio space and would benefit from regular access to Left of Main, we want to hear from you!

Please submit a proposal by February 1, 2020. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by February 29, 2020 and invited to visit the space to meet with the current resident companies.

In your proposal, include a one-page letter that tells us about your work/company, how much studio time you need in a year, how you will use the studio, how soon you need access, if you will need office space, why you'd like to become a resident at Left of Main and anything else you feel that we should know.
